Rental of gas turbine power plants (GTPP) for a period of 12 months, with a capacity set of up to 30 MW, voltage of 6 and 10 kV, as well as service and warranty maintenance of PAES-2500, EG-2500, and modernized GTPP-Neutron-2500 power plants.

Gas turbine power plants GTPP-NEUTRON-1000, GTPP-NEUTRON-2000, GTPP-NEUTRON-2500, GTPP-NEUTRON-4000, GTPP-NEUTRON-6000 and above from LLC “UGK-Energetics”.

The group “UGK-Energetics” has extensive experience in the reconstruction of mobile automated power plants PAES-2500 at Gazprom enterprises and Oil companies and is ready to upgrade PAES-2500 power plants for any customer by replacing the AI-20 engine with a GTPP-NEUTRON gas turbine unit.

Gas Turbine Power Plant Modernization Includes the Following Works:

  • Dismantling of the AI-20 engine, TGU-8, control panel (control cabinet), oil system.
  • Modifying the container for the installation of new equipment.
  • Installation of the modernized gas turbine power plant:
    • GTPP-NEUTRON-2.5P and transmission, control and monitoring system units of GTPP-NEUTRON, APCS (control panel) of the NEUTRON-2500 power plant, internal power electrical equipment, oil blocks, and BAVOM.
  • Conducting tests (72 hours).
  • Modernization is carried out entirely by “PMZ” and ends with the delivery of the modernized gas turbine power plant to the customer, designated as PAES-2500M.

LLC “UGK-Energetics” offers a modern energy complex consisting of a gas turbine power plant GTPP for rent, from conservation or fully restored and modernized according to TU VMZ 1-01-0126-93 using a relay protection and control scheme, as well as serial production of block-modular gas turbine power plants with an electrical capacity of GTPP-NEUTRON-1000kW, GTPP-NEUTRON-2000kW, GTPP-NEUTRON-4000, GTPP-NEUTRON-6000 and above.

Gas turbine power plants developed and serially produced by LLC Ural Plant “Neutron” (part of the group “UGK-Energetics”) are supplied in full factory readiness, located both indoors and on an open site, and can be used:

  • As a primary or backup power source;
  • Autonomously or in parallel with other power sources;
  • In the construction of new or in the modernization, reconstruction of existing facilities for the production of electricity and heat.

“NEUTRON” GTPP units are highly automated and equipped with modern remote control, allowing full monitoring and control of the autonomous system at a distance. Operation does not require highly qualified specialists.

During operation, the high quality of the equipment is maintained through appropriate service maintenance and scheduled repairs. The technical documentation provides all necessary instructions for operation and regulatory work. The use of conversion technologies, as well as a reliable domestic gas turbine engine D-30 as the main generator drive, allows significantly reducing the estimates for operation and regulatory work compared to foreign analogs or newly manufactured drives of domestic production, specifically developed for gas turbine stations.

Technological Requirements for the Operation of the GTPP-NEUTRON Gas Turbine Power Plant Include the Following:

  • Oil system to ensure lubrication of the friction parts of gas turbine engines and fuel supply to the power plant turbo-generators.
  • “Fuel manifold” to ensure the supply of liquid fuel to the power plant from the tank based on the nominal fuel consumption.
  • “Gas manifold” to ensure the supply of fuel gas (natural gas) to the power plant with a pressure of at least 10-12 kgf/cm² (for power plants operating on gas).
  • Engineering building with a set of rooms where the 6 kW distribution device for distributing electricity to consumers, workshop for maintenance and current repair of technological units and power plant equipment, 0.4 kW distribution device for the autonomous power source’s own needs, remote control console for managing the power plant modes will be located.
  • Electrical substation 110-35/6 kW for connecting the power system and consumers of the facility through an autonomous power source.
  • Prepared open area figure 3 with a size of 12×18 meters where a concrete pad with a size of 5×15 meters for installing the power plant on the foundation should be located. For temporary operation, it is possible to use an area with a sand-gravel cushion and road slabs as a base for the screw support devices of the power plant (without dismantling the automobile trailer).

Works on the Construction of GTPP-NEUTRON Can Be Divided into 3 Groups:

  • Development of a preliminary TER (technical and economic calculation) and a sketch of the designed GTPP-NEUTRON, taking into account the integration of existing communication networks and the energy consumption features of the facility.
  • Development of a package of project documentation, technical and economic justification for the construction of GTPP-NEUTRON.
  • Carrying out construction, installation, and commissioning works.

If you decide to order the construction of GTPP-NEUTRON from the group “UGK-Energet

ika,” you (as the Customer) will have minimal obligations:

  • Provide initial data for GTPP (power, approximate financial resources for the project, site for power plant construction, etc.).
  • Participate in the approval of design decisions (equipment selection, development of technical solutions, event plans, etc.).
  • Participate in the testing activities of the completed facility.

The specialists of the group “UGK-Energetics” are responsible for the following functions:

  • Development and approval of the general construction schedule;
  • Obtaining all necessary approvals from regulatory authorities;
  • Development and approval of design documentation with the Customer;
  • Approval of decisions on the purchase of energy equipment with the Customer;
